A wine with an attack of great freshness and enveloping. Follow distinctly acidic notes, which preserve its freshness. It has a good persistence, an excellent gustatory balance and a moderately bitter finish. It goes well with shellfish and in general with all appetizers based on fish. Perfect as an aperitif.
